– Price positioning & Price list => control price positioning vs competition & prepare price list update to secure margin targets
– MSL (must selling lines) & Planogram => define MSL by channel (Hyper/Super/LT) along with adapted planogram
– BTL Calendar => prepare yearly plan by category & by channel + coordinate with retailer calendars
– POSM => develop local POSM based on Corporate standards
– Trade Assets => coordinate design requirements between Sales, HO design & local supplier
– KPIs => prepare monthly and/or quarterly Corporate KPIs (budget consumption, category performance, market share, coverage, distribution, visibility, promo activation/contribution/ROI, NPD activation/contribution…)
– Forecast => propose forecast for promo & NPDs. Control category consolidated forecast. (Division/Channel forecast to be done by sales team)
– Budget => track budget consumption for ATL/BTL/Rental/Trade Assets. Propose next year draft budget for expenses, sales & margin
– Data collection => collect market data for universe, market value, competitors activity…)
– Stratcom => Implement monthly Strategy committee meeting to follow projects status (projects tracking documents to be explained by JDM).
– Communication => responsible for all communication tools (brochure, leaflet, company presentation, Counters book,…). Study opportunities for in-store branding, outdoor media, events, sponsorship, PR… Digital media requirements to be coordinated with HO.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION Minimum of 5 years marketing experience
