As the Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the General Counsel and the F&B and restaurants team on all new franchising agreements, leasing agreements, as well as some JVs. You will lead on all commercial agreements, including with partners, suppliers, vendors, and financial institutions.

Description
* Provide leadership and expertise on matters relating to F&B and restaurants.
* Advise the business on a variety of legal issues including general commercial law, supply chain, consumer law/marketing issues, IP, disputes, and litigation.
* Involvement in business projects in local and oversees markets.
* Negotiate, draft, and review all commercial contracts with external partners or agencies.
* Anticipate issues, estimate risk strategically and identify pro-active, risk-weighted solutions.
* Act as a representative of the corporation when dealing with third parties – including outside counsel.

* LLM or JD is mandatory, qualification in the UK or US Bar highly preferred.

* Experience with an international or leading regional law firm, or at a holding group with interests in retail / F&B / FMCG.
