Either MBA – Finance or C.A background with good academic recordMust have at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning – either as a planner/ financial analyst for a large retailer OR IT business analyst/ consultant (in-house retailer or IT service providers like Oracle, Accenture, KPMG, Deloitte etc.), out which at least 2 years should be in IT.Must have implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Hyperion – Financial Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting, Profitability & Cost ManagementDemonstrable experience in setting up Hyperion configurations and integrating with other systems (Financials, Merchandize Planning etc.)Robust experience in creating reports in Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting
