Ensure the distribution of the latest version of the SOPs, make sure that all departments use the latest to confirm the compliance of the documents with implementation.
Communicate with the Quality assurance personnel to initiate, review, and update Quality/Quality related SOPs to implement updated and usable SOPs for the quality department.
Assist in ISO requirements preparation to ensure document completion.
Monitor ISO system application in all branches to maintain company standards.
Prepare audits checklists to ensure the efficiency of ISO implementation.
Put the suppliers’ auditing plan & review the suppliers’ auditing execution to assure a controlled auditing program is in place.
Assure that the nonconforming products are handled according to the quality guidelines.
Assure that the communication process between the manufacturing companies and the Quality Assurance representative is done effectively to avoid any issues with the manufacturing companies.
Follow up the implementations of the risk management and change management processes to ensure compliance of processes with guidelines.
Review the testing and retesting processes of the business continuity plan (BCP) to confirm the succession of the test and its update.
Review the business impact analysis implementations to define all risks that may impact the business.
Assure that the annual review and update of the business continuity plan, risk assessment and change management are done on time to be continuously prepared for any sudden risk.
Review and analyze the requested changes in the change management processes to confirm that all documented changes comply with the one in place.
Review Quality training plan and assessment materials for each position in ibnsina to confirm the effectiveness of the training.
Assure that Quality training needs for each person in ibnsina is complying with the quality and safety requirements.
Assure that the trainers are qualified before conducting any training session with the coordination with the HR department to assure good and trusted information delivery.
Assure that the trainers are committed to the Quality training plan to confirm the delivery of the required information through a specific phase.
Reviewing the visual display material (signage system, charts, videos, tips, instructions’.) to build a Quality culture in place.
Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
