1. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
i. Primary responsibility for establishing and ensuring the continuance of the Quality and Safety norms for all the Divisions of LCS.
ii. Maintenance of certifications (ISO 9001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007) & pass Saudi Aramco safety pre qualification standard.
iii. Client liaison for Safety requirements, Customer Feedback analysis for Quality and Safety improvements.
iv. Formal Incident Investigation training.
v. Maintain QHSSE data base manuals, records to generate accurate reporting data for business financial review.
vi. Training in relevant HSE specialties, e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Behavior Based Programs, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment, Occupational Health and Safety (OHAS) and UK HSE regulatory requirements.
i. Participating in high level client HSE meetings and conducting presentations as required.
ii. Providing appropriate HSE advices to the GM, Department Heads and HSE Administrators.
iii. Analyzing corporate HSE data and disseminating appropriate advices / actions to the concerned as and when require.
iv. Spreading lateral learning about HSE across the SBU.
v. Checking competency and availability of HSE Staff throughout the Organization.
vi. Advising the Management Staff in case of any changes about HSE in Legal and Client requirements.
