Operations & Technical Services Assistant Manager | Jobs in Bahrain by Human Capital House

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist on the daily routines supervision and any work related to the Operations or the Technical service department.

• To report to the Operations manager and centre manager daily and as of required

• Line Manager in the absence of the Operations manager

• To complete all operations required admin tasks such as Payroll, in and out, utilities reading, HR issues and any other tasks related to mall operations.

• To follow-up the process of new recruitments including interviews and employee’s selection

• To arrange and follow-up staff training as required

• To complete operational tasks through communication with Tenants, Tenants staff, contractors, designers, Customers, suppliers, public authorities and management

• To communicate through all possible methods and keep prober records

• To follow up and supervise the preventive and routine maintenance of all the civil and electromechanical installations

• To supervise the staff work (Electrician, A/C Mechanic, plumbers and Handyman)

• To follow up and supervise all consumables and stores

• To suggest and implement new procedures and ideas

• To liaise with tenants for their internal Fit-out and approval as per company policy

• To follow up and supervise the approved shop fit-outs including contractors gate pass and work schedules

• To explain and monitor the internal shop installations and connections

• Handover shop operations from and to tenants

• To follow up and supervise the daily operation including staff rotary, timetables and Health & Safety procedures.

• To check and implement security procedures and security systems.

• To follow up and supervise the daily operation including staff rotary and timetables.

• To follow up and supervise all consumables and stores

• To follow up and supervise the daily customer services operations

• To maintain and check all customer services installations

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 4 Years in relevant field

• Experience in supervision and any work related to the Operations or the Technical service department.

• Reporting to the Operations manager and centre manager daily and as of required
