Act in the capacity as the overall governance / reporting party and departmental interface for Technology Service Management, ensuring the appropriate implementation and consistency to Service Management process, management of OPEX budget and the governance of vendors. You will own demand management with respect to operation and support models. In addition, the role represents the Technology service management towards internal and external auditors. This is a people manager role for Service Desk, Change Management, and reporting specialists.
• 10 years of management expertise of various Telecom network operations
• Expert knowledge of Operational processes, ITIL, eTOM etc and ticketing tools
• Extensive experience with vendor management and SLA governance
• Extensive experience of Project/Programme and Change Management
• Deep understanding of information security audit controls
• ITIL v3 Foundation accreditation
• Degree in Technical or Engineering field
• Fluent Written and Spoken English
• Good communication, reporting and presentation skills
• People Management experience
• Remedy or equivalent ticketing tools experience
