EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or related field)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / ABILITIES:
- Minimum 8 years working in a similar position in a Shopping Centre industry, or an equivalent experience in the design or construction industry.
- Architectural background and a sense of design and style is necessary – in a retail context.
- Proficient in related management programmes/ software.
- Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a strong sense of ownership to deliver department objectives and pursue professional development.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Experience in MS Office. Expert on AutoCAD and sizing and equipment selection software’s.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent in English and Arabic (preferable)
