The job holder is responsible to supervise, plan and organize the temporary warehouse operations and is the first line responsible for the total organization of the warehouse.
The job holder is responsible to play as the key role for supply chain activities in the supply chain activities and is the first line responsible for organizing improving and reporting about all activities in the temporary warehouse, furthermore, the job holder is entitled to initiate, record, hold and update the total supply chain system which includes but not limited to operational issues ,improvements and required actions concerning safety, operations and optimizations.
v Operational Excellence
Track, supervise identify, record and monitor the warehouse activities.
Plan the movements of goods from receiving to delivery to users and per the planned orders and demand.
Follow the receiving and delivery of goods from loading unloading and ensures that the goods are dispatched on serial-wise basis
Record, update, and maintain records and tracking of the containers, by using clients or own WMS systems.
Supervise requests, which are submitted, to the Shipping Supervisor or any other responsible team member, on duty and at the end of shift.
Provide instructions to top loader, forklift, equipment or any other operators on the procedure as to where to offload and spot the goods equipment and materials to be allocated.
Analyze the nature of stored material movement per the demand and ordering to optimize the process through lowering the effort needed.
Provide comprehensive methods for listing items and to trace the validity for the stored items that serve both the warehouse storekeepers and ERP implemented.
Provide a useful reporting and documentation tackles the traceability, control, and allocation that monitor stock.
Performs stock taking duties in order to keep record of the stock or inventory levels and note order requirements.
Maintains organization of the store and ensures all materials are placed in the appropriate areas in order to facilitate location and use of materials.
Develop a value added services with full analysis & expected profit & submit it to related GM.
Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
v Planning and Organizing
Recommend and develop department plan to meet with company strategic goals and submit to top management for review.
Develop and administer annual and medium term plans and budgets, which meet the catering department financial objectives.
v Implementing Policies & Procedures
Supervision of workplace to ensure that the policies and procedures are being properly implemented by all employees.
Ensure policies and procedures in writing and make them available to workforce.
Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
v Cost Control
To actively support, managing Division budget by cost reduction initiatives on consumables such as recommends new tools which will minimize costs.
Meet warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions

Coach, train and develop his staff to provide optimum output in a professional and consistent manner.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.

Report and provide feedback, as desired, by the direct manager about current status, what is achieved, and what is planned.
