- Accountable for assisting in the preparation of food in a quick and effective manner and demonstrating a positive attitude or competence in the assigned responsibilities.
- Accountable for assisting the Cook in the daily production of the Arabic and/or Western and/or Continental and/or Indian and/or Filipino and/or International food and/or Pastry and/or Bakery.
- Accountable for cutting and preparing vegetables and/or making salad and/or cleaning and cooking rice.
- Accountable for assisting the Butcher in the daily meat cutting procedure.
- Accountable for preparing of dishes and ingredients before the beginning of service.
- Accountable for assisting in the daily clean up of the kitchen preparation areas when necessary, refrigerators and storerooms at regularly scheduled intervals as designated by the Cook.
- Accountable for having good hygiene habits (washing hands often, etc.)
- Accountable for performing such other duties as may from time to time be assigned by the Cook.
- Accountable for following Saudi Arabian health and safety regulations in all kitchen-related areas.
