Job Description
Responsible of maintaining servers and other computer systems.
Maintain & administer Voice Gateways.
Maintain & administer IPCC and related functions such as ‘IVR, CVP, ICM, etc.’
Providing a second line technical support for the voice and data IP services.
Provide 7×24 ‘on-call’ troubleshooting for Voice Infrastructure.
Perform daily backup operations.
Perform daily system monitoring.
Maintain & administer in the Microsoft Environment such as: MS IIS infrastructure, MS SharePoint infrastructure, MS Active Directory.
Provide 7×24 ‘on-call’ troubleshooting for the MS system infrastructure.
