Performing amendments on documentation (process, procedures and records).
Preparation of new documents.
Ensure that food safety aspects are implemented.
Ensure that prerequisite programs and good manufacturing practices are implemented and fill all related checklists.
Apply internal audit procedure in all its steps (plan, questionnaire, reports)
Review hazard analysis and amend information when new hazards are introduced.
Attending and coordinating all meetings / preparing agendas and minutes.
Monitoring the progress and effectiveness of the quality & food safety management system.
Follow up all Key Performance Indicators and ensure their collection and analysis for all departments.
Preparing training sessions, and participating in their execution.
Follow up on traceability system, perform traceability tests on regular basis and take correction and corrective actions for improvements.
Follow up on improvement forms and update the improvement log.
Recommend and implementing improvements when required.
Verify conformity of written processes, procedures instructions and records with real work activities.
– Knowledge and experience in ISO9001, ISO22000 and BRC (British Retail Consortium) requirements. Knowledge in ISO18000 is a plus.
– Proficiency in English/ Excellent communication and negotiation skills/ Responsible, conscience and co-operative.
