The Information and Communication Technology Office at Saint George University of Beirut (SGUB) is forming a solid professional group in the areas of Cloud-based Technologies, Security and Cybersecurity, Information Systems, and Learning technologies. The Office invites highly qualified individuals to submit their CVs for the position of “Information Systems Administrator LMS/SIS”.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES o Administer and customize applications such as LMS, SIS, ERP, Intranet Portals, and others to the needs of SGUB users o Synchronize intervention of vendors and organize training/consultancy sessions o Train end-users on the use of IS including functionalities and best practices o Support end-users on the use of IS including functionalities and best practices o Input data onto IS including updating tables and databases o Monitor and check data input by end-users o Monitor data for accuracy and control quality of end-users work o Assist in the production of training manuals for IS o Run reports from the IS for management purposes
