The ideal candidate will be an HR Manager with a proven track record in HR within their respected industry with at least 7 years experience at management level. You will have contributed to the direction of the HR function and selection process. Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory. Ideally, you must be practical, meticulous, have a common sense of approach with a willingness to learn and grow with the organization. You will be a team player with good interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Hospitality industry experience will be beneficial. You will have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and proficiency in MS Office packages.
