As an HMO you must
– Carry the corporate MO policy to the Zone/Country/Pole level
– Monitor operations to guarantee productivity and profitability.
– Implement pricing and tender solutions
– Organize Human resources tasks (education/training, animation/ support, right people at the right place…)
– Organize communication on new processes and tools and on decisions taken during MO committees.
– Transfer ownership of HQ change into the network (drive change management)
Be more focused on innovations with anticipation adaptive tools and new solution on quality of service.
Take difficulties into account (take time to listen and understand local issues, develop expertise network with training.
