Directing, Planning and Organizing the management of the operational department by :
- Provide a quality processing services
- Internal Control and Management
- Control over Payments activities and Transactions
- Extend support to Card Business, Finance, Risk, IT and Central Processing Unit
- Staff Management
- Accuracy in Authorising posting All Entries related to the department
- Manage Technology Delivery Functions for all offerings
- Manage Technology Strategies & Consulting, Technical tie ups / Partnering Outsourcing & Vendor Management, Creating maximum business value & profitability
- Management Integration and Product Management
- Cards Payment switch support, transaction analysis and troubleshooting.
Analyzing and solving technical, system and production issues and document resolutions
