We are seeking a hospitality and retail operations manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. The operations manager will oversee the entire operations of furnished apartment and retails. High level of attention is required.
As company is customer focused, great level of care and follow-up is needed.
Candidate needs to be available on call for any critical issue.
• Supervising staff.
• Tasks assignments and follow up.
• Handling reservations.
• Interacting with guests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Interacting with Retail Owners making sure they abide by building policies, and providing assistance where needed.
• Reporting to management.
• Identifying problems and solving them proactively.
• Suggesting improvements.
• Ability to demonstrate experience in operating furnished apartment or equivalent.
• Knowledge of retail market.
• Problem solving attitude.
• Commitment to customer service attitude.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willing to work long hours and within a flexible schedule.
• Expert in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage OTA platforms.
Leadership, motivational, great communication skills, customer service, supervisory, and management skills.
