Your Team – Live Operations
The Operations Team is the Core of Mashkor, so you’ll be at the centre of our business. The Live Operations handle Live Orders, so whatever happens on the back scenes, we take care of it and we do it good!

You’ll – mostly – be
- Dealing with customers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Solving any issue that comes your way, which might require some creativity and out-of-the-box thinking!
- Ensuring every customer has a top-notch “Mashkor” like journey, by pro-actively improving the customer experience and identifying in advance any potential issues
- Providing customer feedback to other departments to ensure a constant high level of service
- Going Above & Beyond to ensure that our clients will say “Mashkor” at the end of each one of their orders. That’s your mission!
- A hard working and awesome individual who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Friendly and customer oriented, always working towards client happiness
- An excellent communicator with great writing skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
