As a Chef de Partie for an Alshaya Brand restaurant, you will work within the kitchen team to assist the Sous Chefs in the effective running of the kitchen. You will be exposed to a multi-cultural working environment, with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, all sharing English as a common language.
You will be responsible for producing the dishes unique to your chosen brand, and will be influential in catering to a higher class of clientele, delivering to them a bespoke dining experience. Additionally, you will train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team, as well as be trained by professional chefs in how to deliver an unmatched catering service.
