o Appraise property values.
o Advise clients on market conditions, prices and legal requirements and related matters
o Develop content for sales presentations, contracts, agreements or other required materials
o Develop proposals for current or prospective customers.
o Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property.
o Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
o Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
o Attend events to develop professional knowledge.
o Develop professional relationships or networks.
o Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs before showing it to clients.
o Identify investment opportunities or strategies.
o Prepare sales reports.
o Follow-up customer’ accounts.
o Achieve assigned sales target
o Search for new customers and update database with new data and updating existing one
• Job Requirements:
o Min 5 years’ Experience in real estate field is a must
o Bachelor Degree
o Punctual, responsible and presentable
o Able to work under pressure
o Excellent English level both written and spoken.
o Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
o Strong numerical skills.
o Ability to work in a team
o Ability to work under pressure
o Good Knowledge of Microsoft office
