This worldwide presence allows us to offer best in class products and services through our supply chain which includes R&D, industrialization, Production, Assembly and all customer services (repair/calibration/upgrade/training/spare parts). Our customer tissue is very various and includes Airlines, MRO, Aircraft and Engine Manufacturers.

2- Job description
Within DEDIENNE AEROSPACE, you will have the task to manage the local customer new tool purchase and services activity in accordance with the company global strategy. You will be the customer’s focal point in the scope of a global services contract and you will have the key role in developing and extending the service activity with this customer.
Your main tasks will include:
→ Customer relation and satisfaction: Quotes negotiation, New tools orders, repair orders management and follow up, OTD follow up, contract review, weekly and monthly review with customer, KPI…
→ Management of the technical and operational team: You will coordinate and manage the technical and operational teams (field engineers, purchasers…) in the frame of all the operations related to customers services (reparation, upgrade, calibration, training, maintenance…): tasks planification and follow up, budget and rentability monitoring, quality, insurance, management of AOG requests…
→ Local network of suppliers and logistics: You will have the task to manage the development and qualification of a local network of suppliers which would be to support the logistic (transportation, AOG support) and manufacturing needs related to the contract execution (machining, welding, painting, mechanical calibration, electrical calibration…).
→ Internal coordination with other company teams
Mechanical master’s in engineering or equivalent, you have a first professional experience in customer services or sales field management and ideally in the aeronautical or maintenance field.
Candidate should be very autonomous, Your Manager will visit you monthly.
You are organized, proactive and have excellent relational with important listening, analysis and adaptation skills within a continuous evolution environment.
You are able to convince, and manage a various team composed of field services engineers, purchasers, PMO…
English is a must, Arabic would be a plus.
