-Resolve customer complaints about sweet & beverage quality & standard service.
-Ensure all operational checklist are recorded as standard
-Menu mix engineering
observe employee records,prepare payroll & schedules.
Monitor the brekages wastages inventories & submitting all reports related to the operation
-Instruct workers in the prepration & serving customers to obtain satisfaction
-Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards & regulations.
-staff management meeting to ensure that the operation is running well.
-Organise plan & priortise.
-Cordinate with the operations manager to assign prices to menu items,based on sweets,labour&overhead costs.
Experience : 14+years(resturants & cafe)
Should be atleast 2 years in the samefield
