Job Description

RKH Qitarat is supporting the delivery of Qatar National Vision 2030 by building a long term
partnership with Qatar Rail and providing industry leading services to local communities by sharing
the knowledge, skills and best practices to the local team. We are currently hiring Qatari Nationals to fill the following role:

Overview of role and responsibilities
Provide high level of Customer Service to all passengers, which includes carrying out revenue
protection, crowd control duties, providing assistance and information to customers,
assisting on bus replacement services and reporting of faults on stations and trains
Provide a high level revenue protection presence on trains and stations by ensuring passenger
have correct valid ticket.
Manage passengers who travel or intend to travel without ticket or correct fare.
• Enforce revenue protection procedures and associated by-laws
• Provide the very best in customer service and information
• Handling cash and fare media and reconciliation

Skills

High School Graduate
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good numerical skills
• Ability to remain calm and objective and make sound decisions particularly during challenging
situations
• Able to deal with difficult passengers and show a certain level of assertiveness where
needed
• Detecting unusual, hazardous or emergency situations and taking appropriate actions
• Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasive manner with staff at all levels in the
organization;
• Highly motivated and flexibility to work in a time-sensitive environment to respond quickly and
effectively to unanticipated high workloads, events and emergencies.
